Hello :) I currently a room available to fill, I'm looking for a reliable, tidy person of any age to share the house with me, long term only. The house has everything you'll need(Fridge, Washer, Dryer, etc). The house is half a minute from a bus stop and only a few minutes drive away from the main Armadale shopping center and Train Station. With a Deli within walking distance. Rent is $110 per week including all utilities(Electric, Gas, Water). The room is medium sized and semi furnished(bed, built in wardrobe). Fast Wireless Internet is provided FREE(not part of the bills) with 600 gigabytes per month to share. You also have access to unlimited free local and national calls(excluding mobiles). No Bond required, just two weeks rent up front when you move in. You must be able to provide I.D. No Couples and long term stay ONLY, I'm looking for people who want to make this their home rather than some place to "crash". The house is a nice, relaxed atmosphere and we want to keep it that way.
