We are a mature couple who own our own home close to Perth CBD. We would like to live near the ocean and love Mindarie but we decided to house sit first to make sure we are making the right sea change ! We are both finance professionals and work from home as well as out on the road but there would be one of us home most of the time during the day.We would like a large home with preferably 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms close to the marina or ocean with a medium to long term sit. We have only house sat once before for three months in Watermans Bay, a reference is available from that job. We are also happy to get police clearances if required.
